The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is seeking top talent from our member-schools to compete for full-time and internship opportunities with a host of our employer partners. The successful candidates should be in pursuit of a full-time career post-graduation (for graduating seniors) or a Summer Internship experience (for undergraduate or graduate students) in a technical industry. The Opportunity
This highly competitive program targets students in all technical and engineering majors, with a preferred focus on students currently matriculating in the following majors and functional areas:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Business Administration w/ minor in a technical background
- Information Technology
- Cyber Security
- Information Systems
- Math
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
Qualifications (including, but not limited to the following):
- Enrolled full-time at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU)
- Currently matriculating as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior,
- Graduate Student or Recent Graduate (within 1 calendar year)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to participate in, and successfully complete all program-related activities
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
- “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Must not have any disciplinary infractions on academic record
