Leadership Institute

Online Application:

Interested students must apply online to be considered for the Leadership Institute.  As part of the online application, students must provide the required information, upload files, and complete all application steps.

Click the button below and create a TMCF Account. Once you sign up and create a TMCF Account, you can complete the 2020 Leadership Institute application. The deadline is June 7, 2020, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Video Interview:

After you have completed the first step, make sure you find a quiet well-lighted place to start the online video interview process. Taking a video interview, especially for first-timers, can feel a little awkward. While the process of doing a video interview may feel different, you can rest assured knowing you are answering the same questions as every other applicant. With a video interview, you get the chance to explain the skills and experiences that make you uniquely qualified to be considered for the Leadership application. 

Campus Interview:

TMCF campus recruiters will review all completed applications and video interviews to determine who will get an in-person interview. Recruiters will visit respective TMCF member-school campuses to conduct interviews for all interested students. If selected, you will be notified of the date and time the recruiter will be on your campus.  No matter what activities you participate in at school, no matter your GPA, no matter how much experience you have or organizations you are in, no matter who you know—if you aren't able to interview successfully, you won't get the opportunity to attend the Leadership Institute. Final Selection:

The TMCF Recruiters will convene and evaluate the students who participated in the campus interview process to identify the top students who will be invited to attend the Leadership Institute.  Before an official offer can be made, the students must be verified and approved by the TMCF Campus Coordinator. Once students are approved by the TMCF Campus Coordinator, official invitations will be sent to the students.  Additional assessments and a registration process will be required to officially lock in your spot as a Leadership Institute participant.
