Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Innovation Challenge

Overview

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Division in partnership with The Kroger Co. Foundation is pleased to announce the TMCF | Kroger Foundation 1890 Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Innovation Challenge. This three-and-a-half-day business challenge will combine the adapted Innovation and Entrepreneurship model with support to bring the winning team’s ideas to market, leveraging expertise from Kroger and the Kroger Foundation. This program combines a competition focused on food production and distribution, with a theme of achieving a world with zero hunger and zero waste.

Publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) students who are innovative and entrepreneurial-minded are highly encouraged to apply. TMCF and Kroger Foundation will select 10 HBCUs (50 students) to participate in this program.
