Leading and Embracing Change

It was once said that the only thing constant is change. From moment to moment and second to second, the world around us continues to change and the last 18 months have been a picture perfect example of that. Although change is not always what we want, great leaders make the decision to use that change for positive impact. In this session, students will learn effective methods for leading during challenging times. Also, students will become exposed to ways that leaders leverage change as a catalyst to spark innovation and creativity in themselves and those around them. Being able to leverage change for a productive result can mean driving much needed progress. “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional” (John Maxwell quote).
